Gospel Radio-East Africa was founded by Pastor Drichile Michael in 2007  to reach people with the Gospel of our LORD Jesus Christ.

 

Our Mission
   To make Christ known to all men, nations, tribes and languages through Radio Broadcast.

 

The primary Mission of Gospel Radio-East Africa is to rebuild & restore the Biblical family and the Church in East Africa which is recovering from the ashes of civil war, corruption, bondage of world religion, poverty and illiteracy. Gospel Radio-East Africa hopes to carry on with preaching of the Gospel, promoting sustainable & Biblical stewardship.

Our Values
        The compelling force driving our work is promoting the Gospel of Jesus Christ through Media, which brings people to repentance and eternal salvation. This serves as the criteria for the success of any of our efforts. We believe that a person’s dignity is enhanced through meaningful work, education and discipleship. We believe that the Bible is the only infallible and authoritative Word of God. We recognize its divine inspiration and accept its teachings as our final authority in all matters of faith and practice.
         We are making disciples of men, women and children in East Africa to have a loving relationship with God, and Savior Jesus Christ. This is our Eternal hope & destiny: we disciple new believers to “Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, knowing all other things will be added unto them.”

 

Our Goals:

The sole basis under which Gospel Radio-East Africa was established, is to encourage evangelism of all kinds: personal evangelism through contacts with families, neighbors and friends; group evangelism through outdoor meetings, worship services and the use of modern technological means; so that the gospel of Jesus Christ may be spread throughout East Africa and beyond into other countries, near and far. In addition, this ministry is to reach out to the non-Christian with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  As Proverbs 11:30 declares, “…he that winneth souls is wise.”  If one soul accepts Jesus Christ as Savior and escapes the eternal torments of Hell, it would be worth it all!

Our desire is to promote Christian discipline among believers through preaching the Word of God, encouraging Christian maturity and the building up of the body of Christ in knowledge and love to the glory of Christ in His Church and for the good of our families, communities and East Africa as a whole.

We will move further to assist operating local Churches through Biblical exposition which is profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be competent equipped for every good work.

We seek to prepare and equip Pastors, preachers, Church planters or Missionaries, evangelists and Church leaders for significant positions of leadership in the Church and in society, standing plucky for the work of The Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20).

We are establishing linkage and joint programs with other Churches, Missions, Ministries and institutions of similar beliefs within and outside East Africa to share Christ’s message of love with prisoners and the sick through prisons, hospitals and homes out reach programs to bring counseling, hope, and reconciliation by the means of Radio.

To encourage and involve aged people in the development process of their local community, Church and ministry by getting information, advice, knowledge, resources and experiences from them and vice versa. We seek to bring hope as we partner with widows and people with disability.

To provide library, research, workshops, conferences and training facilities to work community members and their leaders hence act as a source for all kinds of knowledge and information especially on Education, Christian values, Health and environment.
